Eight Months of Oliver

Dare I say the funnest month yet with our Oliver Twist! This month's biggest developments were perfecting his army crawl, getting his first tooth and learning how to entertain himself. We also had some major progress with his naps this month, moving from four 40 minute naps to two 1.5-2 hour naps. It's been heavenly! This sweet boy loves rolling around on the floor and his favorite toys are his trumpet and his wooden puzzle.

Things he's loving: Being held upside down, his newfound mobility, sitting on dad's shoulders, stroller rides, holding his own bottle, playing under the coffee table, splashing in the tub. Running his hands along the air vents to make noise, and playing with the springy door stops. 

 Firsts:

• Ate dirt while we were outside waiting for dad to come home
• Tried applesauce, bananas, spinach, kale
• Held his bottle for most of his feeding [May 7th]
• Modeling Gig with Knotted Cloth 

• Trip to Snow Canyon in the camper van with Chase, Chloe, Miranda, Kyle [May 3-5th]

• First trip to the park and swing experience

•  And his First Trip to Salem Pond

Another good one with our good boy. I predict more teeth and crawling in the next month which is so crazy but I'm grateful to watch him grow!
